On the outside, you might appear to have it all together—but inside, it may feel like everything is unraveling. Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, but it’s also a powerful step toward healing and growth.

My approach is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, cultural sensitivity, and a touch of humour—because healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. I provide a warm and compassionate space where you can freely express yourself, knowing that your experiences and identities will be honoured. With a holistic, anti-oppressive, strengths-based, and trauma-informed perspective, I support individuals (18+), couples, and members of the BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ communities on their unique journeys.

Wherever you are in your healing process, you are welcome here—exactly as you are. Together, we’ll navigate the challenges, untangle the knots of your mind, and move toward self-discovery, acceptance, and healing.
