This free, no-obligation in person or video consultation is a chance for us to connect and see if we’re a good fit to work together. You can share a bit about what you're looking for in therapy, ask any questions you might have, and get a sense of my approach and style. It's important to feel comfortable with your therapist, and a consultation helps us both explore if we’re aligned before booking a full session.
Individual Sessions
This one-on-one therapy session is a confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, identity, relationships, or life transitions, our work together will be guided by your goals and needs. My approach is warm, empowering, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive—centred on supporting you in deepening self-understanding, building resilience, and creating meaningful change.
Couples Sessions
Couples therapy offers a supportive space to strengthen your connection, navigate challenges, and improve communication. Whether you're facing conflict, feeling emotionally distant, or simply wanting to deepen your relationship, I work collaboratively with both partners to understand patterns, build empathy, and create healthier ways of relating. My approach is affirming, culturally sensitive, and grounded in tools that help you feel heard, respected, and supported as you work toward shared goals.
